Delivery Information

Delivery price & timescale

We offer free standard UK shipping for all our hardware orders. Standard shipping can take between 3-7 business days to arrive from the date of purchase. For more details, please visit our store.

Shipping address

You can choose your shipping address when you buy your hardware at Ubsidi.com. If you don’t fill out an address, the order will be sent by default to the business address you registered when you created your Ubsidi account.

Track delivery

When the order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number which enables you to see where your order is currently. You’ll receive your tracking number via email.

I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

Returns, Cancellations & Warranty

Returns

You can return any hardware you purchase from us, excluding Apple products, withing 30 days of receiving your order.

In order to return your hardware purchase please use the following link to start a return, you must be signed in to your account to do this. Alternatively head to your 'orders' on the account page and start a return from there. Please print and include the attached form inside the package when returning your hardware.

Please note:

  • It is up to you to pay any cost of the return shipping.
  • You are responsible for all product(s) until Ubsidi has received it. We recommend using shipping options which include tracking.
  • The hardware should be returned in its original package together with any accessories. Bear in mind that returned products have to be unused and that all packaging must be original and undamaged

If you choose to return your hardware purchase we will refund what you have paid for the products. The refund will be made once we have received your returned items and the refunded money will be sent to the original method of payment within 5-7 working days. Please note that we will not reimburse you for the return shipping.

Subscription Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your monthly software subscription at any time, without providing any reason. You will be refunded the subscription amount if cancelled within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please click the following link You must be signed in to your
account in order to this. Alternatively head to your 'subscriptions' on the account page and select 'cancel subscription'.

Warranty

Warranty is provided by Shanghai SUNMI Technology Co., Ltd.

Warranty Term: 12 months from the date of shipment. The warranty is for the defects caused by the design or producing problems.

Exceptions for the warranty:

  • 1. Expire the warranty period.
  • 2. Improper operation such as liquid ingress, electrical stress, artificial damage, or other non-quality problems.
  • 3. Improper transportation, improper storage, or failure to follow the user instruction.
  • 4. Self-actuated repair or maintain by the buyer or the third party without authorization by manufacturer.
  • 5. Quality' problems or force majeure caused by the purchaser 's authorized supplier.
  • 6. Any damages or defects to the device caused by normal wear and tear, by accident, malicious damage, hazard, excess humidity, or other environmental conditions not commonly found in a normal safe working environment.

The buyer will be liable for the maintenance costs incurred by the above causes. The specific cost for repair/replacement will be provided by Sunmi. The buyer should deliver the goods to the Sunmi Service Center, and the freight cost should be covered by the sender. Notice that subject to the actual address advised by Sunmi after-service team. The manufacturer should complete the maintenance within 15 working days. If not, the manufacturer should inform the buyer two working days earlier in order to negotiate and solve the problems. For out of warranty products, the manufacturer will send the quotation to the buyer and it needs to be confirmed in 3 working days otherwise it will be returned to the buyer's address. After completed the maintenance, the manufacturer should dispatch the device(s) to the place named by the buyer. Also, the buyer could take back the devices by themselves. The maintenance fee beyond the warranty period should be paid by the buyer in 3 working days before the dispatch, the freight cost should be covered by the sender.
